95 1 ton van, intermittant hiccup or stall then restarts.
Hello.
95 Chevy 1 ton van, 5.7, auto. OBD1
Never had a problem till O2 sensorcode. Gave it new O2, plugs, wires, cap...even notice corona around coil so I changed that as well. Now runs better than ever...idles great, good power and milage but occasionally hiccups and will sometimes stall cruising or stopped but will start back up. Never throws a code but will flash the light when it hiccups. Just drove it 2000 miles straight with a few hiccups then last 200 miles stalling every 10 minutes but restarts. Last 1 mile stalls and didn't restart. Verified spark, but no fuel spray.went to fuel line and had pressure (not measured). turned key back on with fuel line cracked and noticed spray at injector, closed line and restarted then drove another 50 miles no problems.
Any direction would be helpful...oil pressure sensor? fuel pump? fuel pump relay? PCM? keep in mind never had a problem till forced back into closed loop. EGR not sticking, PCV test for O2 response is good...O2 swinging full scale .1 to.9 volts. Temp sensor checks good.
Thanks
Dan
