I have a 2003 Chevy Express Conversion and the A/C seems to take a bit to get cool.(never gets ice cold)

I was going to charge it and found that the moisture that normally drips from running the AC seems to be coming out of a weird spot. (I see it dripping out of the box that holds the condensor.. I think that is what it is) See the attached pic..

I am wondering if it is clogged.. and that is why the water is dripping out of there..

If it is.. does anyone know where the hose is at so I can try and clean it out.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!!
