Default Compression ratio issues! Please help!

Alright guys a friend of mine went ahead and had a 350 destroy bearings at less then 3000 miles so he’s turned to a dart 400 small block. He bought a rotating assembly (not sure how he chose anything but this is what he decided to buy) so the final bore on this block is 4.125” and the deck height is 9.025 he ordered a rotating assembly through eagle and specs are as follows, 6.000” rods, 3.750” stroke, 4.125 bore. He’s running eq ch350h heads on the 400 a 64cc combustion chamber, my question is how do I calculate my piston compression height? I’ve seen a hundred formulas and I either come up with 3. Something or 19. Something for my static compression ratio both being absolutely unrealistic. Do I just have to wait to measure how far the pistons in the whole or ?
