Hello, I just purchased a KingBoland Ediag Elite OBD2 dongle, but The instructions are meager and I can't do functions I expected, such as fuel/air ratio, and I can't figure out how to do the In/Out functions such as turning on the radiator cooling fan.
I'm diagnosing a 2008 Express 3500 2WD
