Just trying to get some information on a problem i am having on my 94 chevy silverado. truck has problems starting. when it finally starts it seems to run smooth. check engine light has come on. i ran the trouble code and #54 came up, this is fuel pump circuit(low voltage). I checked the relay and got a funny voltage from the hot wire to the green wire which was 11.21 volts. from the hot wire to all the other wires in the relay i got 12.21 which is what i have coming from my battery. just trying to figure out the problem before i have to drop the gas tank. I tried to turn the key to the on position and listen for the pump in the tank but i heard nothing.
