Can anyone tell me if yall can tell what kind of heads these are. Im told Vortec but im not so sure.

Please post additional photos showing the intake and exhaust ports and the underside of the head. There are part number web sites where you can put in the part number on one of those heads and you should be able to get the year of manufacture and whether it is a Vortec head.
