Hello all. I have recently bought a 1990 G20 and have a leaking heater matrix/radiator. Have the dash out but am mystified as to how the heater radiator unit can be removed. Any help would be gratefully accepted Thanks.

 

I assume by heater matrix\radiator, you mean heater core,and correct me if i'm wrong but isn't a g20 an infinity car?

I have no idea how to take an infinity apart but you may have to remove the entire heater box from the vehicle to remove the core from it. Look under the hood at the firewall for some screws holding it in from the outside

 

yeah i would try taking the entire box out too but i dont know to much about infiniti's either.
shovelhead - you might want to look for an infinit chat room on line somewhere, im sure there is someone on there a little more knowledgable with your type of car
