Default heater problem cadillac srx

We have dual climate control and the passenger side will blow hot but the driver side will not whats going on?

From the sound of it your control valve isn't working for your driver's side heater. However, this problem is very common, tends to happen after some people disconnect their battery or their battery runs out of juice on them. Try this first, disconnect your battery and let it stand for about 5 minutes. This helps most people resolve the issue.

we did just put in a new battery. I'll try it thanks
