Strange things going on. I have an '08 silverado 2500hd. Sometimes when I put the headlights on bright, the hood open warning comes on. It doesn't always happen. Other times it comes on when I use my turn signals. Also, the washer fluid will start spraying out of the blue. Anyone have this issue? If it matters, I have a bullydog programmer installed. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
