Red face Hot fuse!! What ever the engine are running or not !!

Hi everybody,


I just recently bought a Chevrolet suburban 1995 with the 5.7 and i discovered yesterday a fuse named "A" in the end of the dash, drive side and i can't touch the fuse because his heating...why??? bad ground?? i have no ideas from where to start with this issue!! Some pics to show the one who are the problem!(The grey fuse on the upper left side of the first pic) Somebody can guide me to solve this problem??

i think that i have to disconnect the batterie before some problems...
