Default my electronic governor

I have a 2000 chevy impala, with a 3.8L . Its has 101K, its a beautiful ride. But my problem is that i live very far away from the city and my car keeps dying at 155Km/h or 90mph. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of the stupid GOVERNOR?! I mean the dealership guys wont tell me so i need your help. can you?</P>
