Default Need help identifying part

Can someone tell me what this is? Not a car guy and not having any luck looking up. Top left appears to be a sensor of some sort but it does not have any electrical/electronic connections. Might also be a filter of some sort. It is connected to a hard plastic tube that terminates at bottom right to a rubber fitting.
