Default need help trouble shooting

Hello all,
I do some light duty mechanic work out of my garage and i have a friends car i am trying to fix. It is a 2001 Chevy prizm 1.8 with a manual transmission and has about 170k on it. The problem i am having is it runs kinda rough seems like the motor vibrates more than it should. If your sitting in the car it almost feels like you have a bad motor mount or something but that is definitely not the issue. If you have the motor idling and you press the throttle firmly it bogs out but if you gently press the throttle it will rev up normal. Its defiantly not a misfire its like its starving for fuel. It will do the same thing under load you can accelerate just fine but if you punch the throttle it hesitates and chugs. I did hook up my obd2 scanner to it and came up with a p1349 code (camshaft position sensor) and p0171 o2 sensor lean code. Here is a list of the things i have done and still having no luck any suggestions would be appreciated im stumped here. Thanks in advance
-replaced spark plugs with o.e.m style plugs
-cleaned maf sensor
-checked for vacuum leaks
-tried brand new cam sensor
-cleaned throttle body
-put fresh gas with some sea foam in it and ran for about 15 miles
-checked oil and made sure was full
-olmed out all ignition coils
