Hi all,
I am new to this forum as the GM forum was a tad TOO full of purists.
I am "function over form" but try my best to restore to original. At some points, I have had to improvise. My bad, but my heart, I feel, is in the right (correct) place.
Anyway, 2005 1500 extended cab Work Truck. 208K.
Replaced all cab mounts (if you do no ask, I will not tell) but what a B@tch.
She runs (mechanically) solid. I have seen the replacement parts from underneath and was impressed. The body, well,,,,,
Yeah I got rust and am in the process of mitigating it. But if you would please, NOT remind me that rust IS like a cancer. I get it.
Spoiler alert, EVERYBODY dies in the end. If is JUST HOW you choose to live your life. My opinion.
I sincerely hope that I have joined the correct forum, If not, oh well...
