I would start by double checking fuses again, i believe it’s fuse 33 for that, i know you already checked but just to be sure, the next place to check is your range selector switch or safety neutral switch some call it, this tells the computer which gear you are P,D,R ect. The contacts for reverse lighting are integrated into the switch, check the harness, unplug the harness look for corrosion, dirt, clean if necessary, plug it back in, see if that works, check the wiring also, aftrr that have a friend shift the vehicle (not running) safely go underneath and observe the switch while moving through gears, mainly into reverse from P and from D, look for anything that doesn’t seem normal, if you can’t find an issue, you may need to get a wiring diagram and chase wires for broken or chafed wires. Hope this helps! Have a good thanksgiving!

on the side of the transmission, driver side, my apologies for not giving you the location, you should see your shift lever cable attached to it.
