P0361 & P0321 Codes

P0361 & P0321 Codes
I have a 94 Lumina, 3.8L, vin "L". I have a P0361 EST line not toggling, & a P0321 No 18X Ignition pulse. What systems of the vehicle do these pertain to ? Any help greatly appreciated.

P0321 = ignition/distributor engine speed input circuit range
P0361 = ignition coil k primary/secondary cicuit malfunction
based on these sounds like problems with the ignition system.
