Default Pinch welds

I have a 2009 Impala with 130,000 miles. The pinch welds are rusted out and gone. Is this car still safe to drive?

No, it is not safe to drive. The pinch welds are critical structural points for the unibody and are used for jacking and lift points. Severe rust there compromises the car's integrity, especially in a collision. You must have a professional inspect the full extent of the rust damage immediately.
