Quad 4 sensor bad?

Default Quad 4 sensor bad?
I've got a 95 Lumina 3100 and it sputters really bad when you accelarate. I hokked up my scanner to it and its saying there are no codes and everything else looks good except this sensor.
There are 4 quad sensors and #4 is reading bad. Anyone know where this is or what this is???
