I don't see the valve there at all so what I was suggesting can't be the problem.


typically, proportioning valve problems show up as premature rear brake lock up or no rear brake at all. Is that what your describing?

No. The basic symptoms are...spongy pedal, rotors go out of round after only several months (4000-5000 miles), seems like the rears are first to go out of round, followed by the fronts if I let it go. Also, rotors are bluing up like they have been overheated, although I am very easy on my brakes. Different techs have thrown around ideas like the system wasn't bled properly, bad master cylinder, bad ABS controller, etc. Any other ideas?
