I have a tilt column with the wrong lens. My 71 now has a 700r4 tranny. So the original lens is wrong. I have the new lens and I need to put it in. I undid the two small screws and the housing won't budge. Is there a trick to releasing it before I break it? Also, I want to replace the old white indicator with the new one. Is there a trick on that?
