Default running hot

I have a 400 sbc punched out .030, scat crank, rods and pistons, high performance cast iron heads, 510 lift on cam shaft and the temperature runs between 210-230. Is there a way to get the temperature down?

Your fix = Mr.Gasket 160 Degree Thermostat, Stewart high Volume Water Pump, Champion 4 Row aluminum radiator, mechanical fan with a shroud and if you still need more cooling, run 40 Below Coolant additive in your coolant. This will get your temp down to where you'll be running between 170-190 on a 100 degree day.
