Default Scan Tool Detecting Two ECUs??

One is $7E8 CAN-ID ECU #1 and the other is $7EA CAN-ID ECU #3. The first one has several codes and the second has none. Anyone know what each of these are? Thanks for any help.

are you using a phone app for a scan tool. most cant convert the raw data out of hexidecimal format. The car is a global A platform build. It uses a mulitplexed nexwork of multiple modules on a bus....it may have 13 or more modules. Have someone with a full function scan tool read the codes in all modules. post the codes here

plug anything you disconnected back in
record all codes, note which dtc are active
clear codes
start the care and record which dtc reset

Using ELM327 (USB Cable). ECU #1 is giving P3051, P3055, P018B and P12A6. Has a U18A2, but it never turns into a permanent code-only Stored or Pending. I believe this a communication error of some kind. Clear codes and it all happens again. CEL never goes away regardless of clearing codes.

Also getting Service Theft Det. Sys. message. New GM key programmed. Car runs fine few about 1 minute then dies and refuses to start for about 20 key cycles. ECU#1 sounds jacked. Everything related to the BCM is working as it should, lights, wipers, FOB, wipers, door ajar sensors, etc.. nothing unusual.
