Is this a DIY thing that can be done, or does it require a dealer? I didn't have an airbag go off, but I replaced a seat with an airbag with a seat without one, and want to know if the airbag will plug-and-play, if the wires will already be in the other seat, etc.

 

if the new seat does not have an airbag...there will be no airbag wires to plug and play. You will always have an airbag fault code present which will disable the entire system.
