Default Small block 350 carb help

I've got an 1986 firebird with a 350 in it its cammed, lifters and a few other little odds and ends. Its currently got a holley 650 double pumper and its pushing way to much fuel, i've got it tunned down but its still to much fuel. What carburetor should i put on this thing, im fairly new to carbureted motors and im just looking for something somewhat cheap and reliable any help would be appreciated.

650 cfm is fine. Pushing too much fuel, as in? If you are running an electric fuel pump without a regulator, I'd strongly recommend you add one. Holley makes a 6 psi regulator, also same is available from auto zone. If you are flooding the float bowl with a regulator, adjust the float.
