stiff throttle pedal

Question stiff throttle pedal
i replaced throttle cable and no change in the stiffness. any ideas out there?

Welcome from Florida. With the throttle cable disconnected from the pedal, is it still stiff? If so it's in the pedal. With the cable disconnected from the throttle body, is the lever on the throttle body stiff? Whichever one that is stiff needs a good oiling.
