Default top end oil flow

Hi, I'm new to this forum. I just rebuilt the original 327, 340 hp engine for my 1962 Corvette. New GM hydraulic lifters, push rods, rockers and new cam, rods, pistons, all bearing, timing chain. Honed the crank and cylinder walls, hot dipped the block and heads (also rebuilt). With the oil pump all I did was clean it & change the gears. Setting the timing & valves we got good oil flow up top. Now I’m not getting enough oil up top apparently. I’ve been told the oil should be squirting out and flooding the heads, which it is not. Any thoughts as to why there’s not that kind of flow? And what to try as a fix?
I appreciate any input
Jeff

You either have a large internal oil leak or a blockage somewhere, but yeah, you should have a lot of oil coming up the push rods and oiling the rockers, PR, and etc.
