I have an 07 impala and neither one of my mirrors are working. checked the fuses and all are good. All the window switches in the door are working also. Any Ideas what this could be?

Hello chevorado,

We're sorry to hear that you're having problems with your outside mirrors. As you've checked the switches and fuses, what do you think your next step will be? If you decide to work with a dealership, please let us know as we're available to look into the situation further if you should like. Send a private message with the last 8 digits of your VIN and we'll go from there.

Good luck with your mirror help.
I had problems from the start when I bought my truck new.
They even claimed to have replaced the mirror once.
I believe they did do that because they left a wire unhooked to the bottom of the door panel that just stuck out the bottom.

Louis did get me into contact with some office, but after talking with the service manager, he must have told them some type of b.s.

Told them he had given me enough stuff.
What was given me I don't have a clue.
They refused to do anything with my mirror, or to reinstall the plug to the lights at the bottom of the door panel.

They would do it, IF I paid them to do so.
So for a job they didn't complete,
I have to pay them to go back and do what they should have done in the first place.
This is wrong, and the company should force them to finish this job correctly.

I certainly will not be doing business with them in the future.
They have to worst service dept. in our area.
And this office doesn't seem to have the power to do anything about it.

I am old enough that I no longer do any type work on our vechicles.
But will probably be replacing my mirrors with after market ones.
Just have to learn how to remove the door panel.

I'm not a happy camper,
Lee
