Default 76 Impala, 350 engine, are both heater hoses the same size?

I picked up a nice 76 Impala with a shot heater core, got the new core in, but...

are both the heater hose from the water pump to the core and the thermostat to the heater core the same size, and if so, is that 3/4" ID??

Turns out that the hose from the water pump to the heater core is 3/4"
hose from the block to the heater core is 5/8"

Sure is nice to have heat again though! November in Minnesota pretty much requires it.
