My 2013 Impala won’t arm either and no flashing red light on dash. Any suggestions?

My alarm system stopped working have a 2002 tahoe is. H

I have. A 2002 tahoe LS 2wd t came with anti theft alarm system well I was messing with the relay that goes to horn and it stopped working. Can u help me out In Resetting it please and thank you
