My break lights stay lit up while driving. (looks like i'm riding my breaks constantly). When i do press my break pedal, the break lights go off for a second then come back on. I have replaced the break light switch and that didn't work. HELP.

 

Is the switch depressed any with the pedal all the way out?

 

Following up on kevinkp, pull up on the brake pedal and see if the lights go out.
