Default coil bolts stripped

Was trying to change my coil packs and 2 of the 5.5mm bolt heads rounded off. Tried to hammer on a 5mm socket but bolts are stuck in there good. Any suggestions. Was using a 6 sided socket. Do you think a 12 sided one would help.

Thanks,

Steve

Let some PB Blaster soak into the bolts. Tap it lightly after spraying on the PB Blaster. There are special tools for removing rounded bolts. Try one of them or use a vise grip.

Default Coil hold down bolts

I already sprayed them down then pounded down a 5mm socket over the nut. Tried vice grips, even bought a new small one, wouldn't hold on. Taking car to shop to have a front end alignment and some other things done, so I'm having them take care of it.

Thanks for the advice anyways.
