Need help with RATS chewing wires...
I have a 2002 3.8L and found the wires directly under engine cover chewed. The main section is from the plug that is right next to the 3 plug wires going over the valve cover.
Any idea what those wires are to? I am going to a yard to try and find the section I need. Does anyone sell a complete harness for the engine that I can install or is it a dealer item. The car runs ok..although a few wires are hanging on by a thread. Thanks in advance for any help |
harness is expensive. so just replace what wires were damaged and stop parking over sewer grates.

larlev, you may want to search around for some Honda 4019-2317 rodent tape. I guess it leaves a bad taste in their mouths

I agree with RACERX. The only thing I can add is to use heat shrink tubing instead of electrical tape.
