Default P0036 , P0140 , P0141 and P0054 codes simultaneously

A few weeks ago my CEL came on and I went out and bought a cheap OBD2 reader. The only code that I saw at first was p0036. I bought a cheap replacement sensor and installed it. CEL came back on, So I took in to a shop and they ran a diag. and got the codes p0036,p0140,p0141 and p0054. They called and said the sensor I had was bad and I should replace it with one of theirs. So OK...I did and 30 minutes later boom....CEL. this is 3rd sensor that has been in the car in the last week or so. I even saw a random Evap code (p0043 i think) the other day that hasnt came back since.

I am not an expert but im starting to lean toward a wiring problem. I have checked the 15A fuse of Emissions1 and Emissions2 and look good, I even switched them with some other 15A fuses and the problem persist.

My car is a 2010 Chevy Impala 3.5L V6
