Walker IAC
2003 Impala 3.4L
Has anyone tried this brand for a replacement IAC? I think they have a good reputation but these IACs are some of the lowest priced at about $20. I did go for an ACDelco on ebay that was advertised as new for $16 but the sealing edges of the pintle were damaged as well as other wear marks that usually don't occur inside a box! In my defense, it was a free return item which the seller didn't even want returned.

I haven't tried it because my old one, after cleaning, is reading 40 counts which I think is ok. Actually, I can't even tell if the ebay one is genuine. And it is damaged and as grimy as my old one after 298K miles. I think some of these ebay sellers just hope you won't file a return request. Still, the question stands since I may purchase the Walker anyway if anyone has had a good experience with it.
Update: I decided to install the Wallker. It looked so nice! Anyway, at idle, the counts are down to 16 where they should be. Happy with it.
