Default CYLINDER NO. 6 MISFIRE ?

I have a 1997 Chevy Blazer (4.3L),I just recently changed my oil and did a brake job on it. WhenI went to start it up after,it was stumbling and running really rough and getting terrible gas mileage. The check engine light was flashing soI read the codes and it said cylinder6 misfire. SoIchecked the plug and it has spark and the wire has a flow or at leastI think it does. I checkedall theconnections and the connectionto the cap and they were fine with no corrosion. About two months ago I changed every single plug, wire, oxygen sensor, distributor cap, rotorand a year ago I got a new catalytic converter. I just cant think of what it could be unless maybe it is a fuel injector (SFI). Thanks for your help!
