Default 04 Malibu Classic 2 center vents no air output HELP!

I have a 2004 Malibu Classic and need some help. The two outside vents will blow AC but the two center vents are a no go. I have checked the fuses and relays and even replaced the climate control module in the center counsel with no luck can anyone give me a hand?

Welcome to the forum. On yours, the mode switch applies vacuum to various vacuum actuators to control the air delivery mode. In the VENT mode, vacuum is applied through the yellow vacuum line to open the vent door and green vacuum line to close the defrost door which in turn opens the heater door through a mechanical linkage. It sounds like one of the air doors is stuck.

Thank you very much sir! Do you know where the air temperature actuator is on a 2004 Malibu classic? I would like to take a look at it asap. Again thank you it is getting really hot here in Missouri and my car is not cooling with just 2 vents.

Just trace the vacuum hoses to locate the actuators on the HVAC module (behind the HVAC control module and radio) for the air doors I mentioned. I don't know how you went from the two vacuum actuators to the "air temperature actuator" but the latter is actually an electric motor. It should be on the left side of the HVAC module. Duck under the dash on the driver side and look to the right and up.
