14 Malibu camera gridlines missing.

14 Malibu camera gridlines missing.

I have a 2014 Malibu LTZ, the backup camera is working fine. The problem is there are no gridlines showing. I have searched through the menu and found no option for activating gridlines. Any Ideas?
