We are looking to find a second key for our car we just purchased that only came with one key. It's a 2011 Malibu with factory remote start so key fob is not separate from the key. Please help, thank you.

 

a dealership or properly equipped locksmith can provide and cut the key. Its a transponder key so expect to pay approx. $80 for the key.

programming is easy

-put the existing key into the ignition and turn to the run position (don't start the car)
-remove the key
-within 10 seconds, insert the new key and turn to the run position.
-remove key

-test the new key to see if it starts the car
