I have a 2009 chevy Malibu ltz 3.6 . When I turn the heat on my vents above my radio and the side vents doesn't blow anything except for my windshield and floor vents . I called my dealer and they said they have to charge me 110$ to diagnose it . I was wondering if anybody had the same issue ? Could it possibly be the blend door actuator ? Is it easy to find ? Help

 

If it is blowing hot air then the blend door actuator is working. It is probably the mode door actuator. This is also under the dash. I have changed them on silverados but never on a Malibu. Not sure how hard it is.
