my malibu2007 sedan the horn started to blast for no reason ,and i had to pull out the horn relay ,but i replaced it and the horn still blows non stop does anyone know the solution

The horn button is stuck and/or you have a short. The horn relay could also be stuck. You can change it with one of the other relays with the same numbers on it to see if the horn relay is the problem.
