    This is my little guy Ryan "The Winkieman" he has Mydocondria Myopothy, he is wheel chair bound and requires a ventalator and oxygen, when I think things look bad, I just sit and talk to him and his smile take my worries away, he can't speak so his facial expression do it for him, He is my little buddy
