I recently bought a 2000 Monte Carlo SS with the 3.8 K engine in it and I have had some wiring issues. The aftermarket radio and the windshield wipers went out but the fuses are still all good. When I checked the voltage at the fuse panel the Windshield wipers, Cig/Aux port, and the BCM are all running at only 3V's. I need a wiring diagram or any information that will help me with my problem.

 

turned out to be the ignition switch. Replaced it and everything now works fine
