92 Lumina 3.1 hard start

It's had the usual tune-up ans everything but always had a hard start where you have to crank on it 2-3 seconds... it also hesitates for about 1/2 second when you first take off from a light.. very rarely it'll stall when idling, usually happens when taking off.. Engine temp, ambient temp, don't seem to matter..
I can't find a vacuum leak anywhere
Also, every time I clean the intake, I notice that oil is getting in there..
I'm no mechanic but I'm wondering if that could be the PCV system? The valve itself seems to be okay..
Could all of this be due to the intake manifold gasket? Someone told me that could be where my vacuum leak is... Which is what I believe to be causing the hard start and hesitation..
I didn't bother trying to pull any codes because I'm not 100% sure that this motor came from a 1992 Lumina.. I'd love to know where to find the vin on this engine for identification purposes, too!!
Any ideas??
Thanks

These are the codes.. and I found on some website (which I cannot find, now) that some guy had the same symptoms from a bad wire to the O2 sensor.. I looked, and it's original.... how the heck do you get to it, though?
25 Manifold air temperature sensor signal showed an air temperature over 293 F for 3 seconds when vehicle speed was greater than 3 MPH and engine had been running for 8 minutes.
45 Oxygen sensor voltage was over 0.7 volts for 50 seconds in closed loop operation with a throttle angle between 3% and 45%.
Anyone know where the MAT is??
Also, I'm pretty sure that my IAC motor is bad.. I took it out and it looks and feels pretty messed up..
This all is encouraging, finding out that the gasket might be okay
One last question I have.. should I be using dex cool??
It's got conventional green coolant in it, and I've read that it can contribute to that gasket failure.. is that right?
Thanks!!

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1990-.../260358603264?
I ran out of money this month but I definitely want to get ahold of the manual as soon as I can .. The MAT sensor being upset could be caused by a plugged cat, right? Is it behind the cat or ahead of it?? Edit.. never mind, I have a 23 not a 25.... almost has to be a bad sensor or wire... but where is the MAT???
Thanks for the link . .
One thing I don't understand, for sure, is that if these cars could have a 3.4 or 3.1, are there different books? My other cars never had engine options, so that was never a concern ..
Also I forgot how to look up TSBs

The orange one would be the one if you had a 1990. And any manual should cover all the available engine options. Even a cheapo haynes book would cover them all

That's what I don't want, some overly vague, overly broad manual like a chilton .. Those make me have nightmares

The book i sent the link to..is model specific. its literally the size of a phone book in most cases. it will cover whatever engine you have in specific detail down to the last bolt.
