Default Theft alarm issues

I have 1999 monte carlo and i need help with the theft deterrent system. I lost my keys so i used my spare set. I then found my keys and when I went to get into my locked car my keyless entry would not work with either set of keys. I then manually opened my car with the key and started it right up. The car was running for a couple seconds and the horn came on and would not stop. I took the horn relay out to shut that off. Now unless the car is on the alarm stays on as if you leave your lights on and open the door and the power locks will not work. Also the parking lights stay on. I think the whole reasoning for this is due to a faulty pellet in one of the ignition keys. There are NO security lights lit up on the dash. What do I do to reset this so I can go somewhere w/o having to disconnect my battery so it doesnt go dead?
