1997 Chevy K1500 5.0l 4WD Price

Found a guy on cragislist with a used 97 K511 with a rebuilt tranny sitting at 20k
miles and the engine was rebuilt 60k ago. He want's 4k and there is no rust or body damage. Do you guys think this is a fair price.

Looks like it has a few problems, He said there was a few wire problems, tow haul light goes on and off, gas gauge is off, bad o2 sensor, and the tranny slips going to 3rd.
