I found this great forum while searching for some help. I’m not a mechanic by any stretch, but I will take on a challenge when I’m in the mood. I may have a Doctorate in Pharmacy and a med school graduate but I like to get down and dirty. I have a 2 post Mohawk 10K lb lift at home and have restored over a dozen C3 Corvettes and currently working on my last ‘vette, a 1971 coupe, 4 speed, A/C. My daily driver is a 2006 Silverado LT Crew cab w/Duramax and only 92K miles (original owner). To satisfy my wife I am restoring a 1968 Pontiac Catalina Convertible that seems never to get finished.
I’m also a moderator on a muscle car forum for the past 15 years. My hobbies are a bit different than most and I seem to gravitate towards helping people from all walks of life. I worked hard most of my life with holding down 3 interesting jobs, and I get bored too easily. Mostly retired from my last main profession my time is spent as a senior counselor for business entrepreneurs and FICO scoring specialist. Oh, Did I mention I like to restore museum quality paintings? Here are some pics and and article from a local paper I found a while back.
