Question help please

I have a 2000 chevy blazer and the diagnostic link connector under dash is not working. is there a fuse i need to maybe replace? where is the fuse? also any other ideas on what may be the problem?

Ok, so you have a check engine light? Is the tool not working at all? Usually the cigar lighter fuse powers the DTC port.

yes I have a check engine light.Link connector is not working at all. i replace a fuse on side of drivers side panel for lighter. still nothing. but i read somewhere that the fuse may be under the hood. but which one?

Usually it is the same for the cigar/cigerette lighter, is the cigarette lighter working when you push it in?
