Default Howdy from Texas

Hi, I am new to the forum but not new to Chevrolet products. I just bought a running 92 Chevrolet extended cab ˝ ton extended cab truck for the very very very large sum of $100. You can hear some clickity click out of the head area. I know this is not the help area so I wont ask for help in this area. I am just providing some background information. I can remove and replace most parts no problem but I am no technician. The engine is the 4.3 liter engine. I did the metric conversion and it comes up to 262 cubic inches. I am going to pester yall to death about getting 262 horses out of this engine and I want to do it on the cheap. Asking a lot, que no? Anyway, I will move on to thge help area and carry on with this conversation. Nice to meet yall and I hope we can get this done. By the way this truck is the 5 speed version with 5th being the overdrive.
