Default Check engine and change oil light on

Hi, I have a 2000 tahoe LS. I keep getting the check oil level and change oil light even after I get an oil change. When I get the check oil level light I check the oil and its low so I add more. But this happens like really often. Like almost every other day. I can't see any leaks from the truck. Please advise
