First time joining any forum, but I must say they are very informative. Alot of different opinions and great ideas. I just retired from the Army after 20 years and have a few projects I'll be working on. I drive an 07 GMC Sierra Crew cab. I am or will be working on the following vehicle: 76 Vette, 68 Mustang, and an 83 Chevy c10 Longbed. I will post pics as soon as I get them all together. I'm located in Killeen Texas.

I might take the vette to the track once it's done just to see what it will do, but the truck will be a daily driver. I have a couple of 350 blocks that I got so I'm thinking about using one of them for the vette. I'm going to post the numbers in another forum so I can see what they actually came out of.

Default Engine block decoding

Which forum would be best to post the casting numbers off the 350 blocks I have. I'm trying to see if they are worth building. I've had them checked and one is .030, and the other is 0.60. I'm not a mechanic in no way.
